Transferring your website over to Webexpand
Should you wish to transfer your existing website / email over to us, please call us first on 01622 880840
These are our details for transfer purposes:
Websites ending .uk
We hold the IPSTAG(Nominet TAG) of HEARTINTERNET.
Please arrange for your current hosting company to ensure that your website is UNLOCKED and then ask them to change the existing IPSTAG to HEARTINTERNET (all one word in capitals), then please call us.
We can then transfer domains into your account with us.
Websites ending .com, .net, .org, etc
Please check with your current hosting company to ensure that your website is UNLOCKED and then ask them to change the nameservers to
ns.mainnameserver.com 82.110.105.2
ns2.mainnameserver.com 82.110.105.3
The current owner ( admin email address ) will receive an email regarding the domain transfer which will need to be responded to. To allow the transfer to proceed, ensure that email is responded to positively as soon as possible. Once done, the losing domain registry (OpenSRS/Tucows in our case) will then process the transfer. Please allow up to 7 days for the transfer to complete.
