2007 – WordPress web design in Kent and London

WordPress web design

You may be wondering which CMS to use?  We specialise in WordPress web design.  Basically, CMS stands for “Content Management System” and in a nutshell, is a system which allows you to edit your own website.

We have used WordPress since around 2007 and code pretty much all of our websites in it now.  To put your mind at ease, it may help to know that WordPress powers over 25% of the internet (as at Jan 2016 – source http://w3techs.com) so we think it’s a no brainer.  It is so easy for you to update your own website using WordPress as you can edit the text, page names, menus, images and even in some cases, the page layouts and it is great for SEO (search engine optimisation) purposes also.

We use the perfect framework for each project depending on your exact requirements and most of our sites require further bespoke programming to achieve the perfect result.  It is so important now also to use a “responsive” framework – put simply, this means that the website “responds” and changes when viewed on different platforms, i.e. a mobile phone.   Since more people are now using mobile phones than desktop computers, we believe this is another great reason to use us.

We believe in personal service and have 100s of happy clients with us since we started Webexpand in 2004.

The majority of our websites are promoted to Google and other major search engines and for a suitable monthly fee (depending on the complexity of the task and the level of competition) we get your website listed well in order to help generate you more enquiries and increase your sales.
